These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trendplaylft website (trendplaylft.com) and the related concierge, reservation and curated luxury hospitality services we provide. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our concierge team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them in full, please refrain from using our services.
In these Terms, "Trendplaylft", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity of trendplaylft.com headquartered at Pohjoisesplanadi 29, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. "Guest", "client", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity who engages our website or services. "Partner property" refers to any independently operated hotel, resort, spa or excursion provider featured on our platform.
Trendplaylft operates as an independent luxury hospitality curator and concierge agency. We do not own, manage, or operate any of the hotels, resorts, vessels, vehicles, or experiences featured on our website. Our role is exclusively that of an intermediary connecting discerning travelers with selected partner properties and service providers. All accommodations, spa treatments, transportation, dining, and excursion services are delivered by and under the responsibility of the respective partner property or operator.
All inquiries submitted through our website are treated as non-binding requests. A reservation is only confirmed once we have received written confirmation from the partner property and you have received a final booking confirmation from our concierge team. Pricing displayed is indicative and subject to change based on seasonality, occupancy, availability, currency fluctuations, and partner property policy. Final pricing, taxes, and applicable surcharges will be clearly disclosed in the booking confirmation.
Payment terms vary by partner property and reservation type. Typically, a non-refundable deposit of 25–50% of the total reservation value is required to secure your booking, with the balance due in accordance with the partner's payment schedule. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems operated by partner properties or designated payment providers. Trendplaylft does not retain credit card information.
Cancellation, modification, and refund conditions are determined by each partner property and are clearly stated in your booking confirmation. As a general guideline:
• Flexible bookings: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival typically receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• Standard bookings: Cancellations 15–30 days prior receive a 50% refund.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are typically non-refundable.
• No-shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full booking value.
Force majeure exceptions (illness with medical certificate, government travel restrictions) are assessed case-by-case in coordination with the partner property.
Guests are expected to:
• Provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
• Carry valid travel documentation including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
• Respect partner property rules, local laws, Finnish customs, and the natural environment.
• Conduct themselves with courtesy toward staff, other guests, and local communities.
Disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and disruption due to weather or other unforeseen events. Trendplaylft does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for losses that would be covered by such policies.
All content displayed on trendplaylft.com — including but not limited to text, photography, videography, graphics, logos, typography, design elements, code, and curated itineraries — is the intellectual property of Trendplaylft or its licensors and is protected under Finnish, EU, and international copyright law. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Our website may contain links to external websites operated by partner properties or third parties. Trendplaylft does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party site.
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Trendplaylft shall not be liable for:
• Acts, omissions, negligence, or breaches by partner properties or third-party providers.
• Personal injury, property loss, or damages sustained during your stay or excursion.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Disruptions caused by force majeure events, weather, political unrest, pandemics, or natural disasters.
Our maximum aggregate liability, where established, shall not exceed the concierge service fee paid by you to Trendplaylft.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trendplaylft, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any third-party rights.
By booking through Trendplaylft, you agree to honor our Responsible Tourism principles including respect for Finnish nature, indigenous Sámi culture, wildlife welfare standards, and the Everyman's Rights tradition. Repeat or serious violations may result in cancellation of services without refund.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, processing, and your rights.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection law dictates otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
